Here and There
Of all the places in the world, Florida is the most different place from the Russia. However, it is Gainesville that I start seeing as my home town. I admit there are more cars here, and people walk only for exercise, but it is the bus and taxi system that remains the most loyal transportation all over the world. From a kid to an elder man everyone uses buses. I came to realize that even though people speak defferent languages, they watch the exact same soap operas, movies, and shows. Americans have the same interests, ambitions, and troubles as Russians do. Each generation no matter from what country repeats the cycle of life. A person grows, gets education, goes to work, and eventually dies. Every person has the common fear of missing something at the end of his life. Even Americans, just like Russians, get caught up with the busy daily rythm of work and forget that we live under the same sky. Sunset in Russia is exact same in America. Life in U.S. is no different than in any other place on the World.

Your paragraph has some good philosophical reflections in it. Perhaps it is true that "the more things change, the more they remain the same." You make several good points about how basically similar people are in different parts of the world. Your paragraph shows good control of grammar and comma rules.
Here is a word choice that doesn't work well: " I admit there are more cars here, and people walk only for exercise, but it is the bus and taxi system that remains the most loyal transportation all over the world." I think you mean reliable transportation system.
